What are you opening hours?

Office/bookings hours
Monday to Friday 9.30 am - 6.00 pm
Studio hours
Monday – Saturday 9.45 am – 6.15 pm
Sunday 9.45 am – 5.30 pm
Please note: Opening times during the weekend may vary. Please call us if you wish to collect an order during the weekend.

Where do we park?

We have a parking space directly outside the studio reserved for our clients. If this space is already taken, please use the ‘visitor’ or ‘short stay’ parking spaces. These are all free of charge. Please avoid parking in any private spaces.

What do we wear?

Our approach is fun and relaxed therefore we recommend you wear casual clothing; a nice pair of jeans and a colourful top will work. Please avoid wearing white or pale clothing as we shoot predominately against a white background.

Can I bring pets?

At Epic Photography we encourage you to bring your pets as they are part of the family and will personalise your images.

How many people can I bring to my photo-shoot?

We can accommodate up to 30 people. Feel free to invite your friends and family.

How long will it take?

The photo-session itself is about 45 minutes long. Our digital editors will add finishing touches to your images, which you will be able to view and enjoy almost directly after the shoot. We allocate another 45 minutes for your viewing, therefore, please allow approximately two hours for your appointment.

When do I collect my images?

Please refer to the collection date on your invoice. Please call us if you wish to collect an order during the weekend.

Who owns the copyright to my images?

Epic Photography Limited owns the copyright to all images and may use them for advertising and promotional purposes without prior consent. When purchasing our high-resolution CD package you will be given a license, which authorizes you to use the images solely for personal use. There will be no refunds given when purchasing a high-resolution CD.
